Return Process

  Log into your AKC Emporium account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
